Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement effective sales strategies
• Mentor Territory Managers for high performance
• Analyze markets for new growth opportunities
• Manage inventory, pricing, and sales reporting
• Promote the brand at trade shows and events
Requirements:
• Business or Marketing degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years in sales, 3–5 in management
• Expertise in sales forecasting and analysis
• Excellent coaching and relationship skills
