About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CAM/CNC expert with deep knowledge of CNC programming, machining strategies, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will apply your expertise to develop, review, and optimize machining strategies, toolpaths, and CNC programs, ensuring technically accurate and production-ready solutions.
What You'll Do
- Create and review data grounded in real CAM and CNC milling practice, toolpaths, process plans, tooling and fixturing decisions.
- Evaluate AI-generated machining solutions(toolpaths, strategies, DFM feedback) and flag failure modes: collisions, gouges, poor engagement, unrealistic cycle times.
