Job Description

What you’ll do

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft).

Handles customer and associate concerns and provides guidance as required.

Delegates, assists and follows up on overall front‑end operations, ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.

Reviews completed schedules with the People Lead.

Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities, develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.
