Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada allows you to develop retail industry skills. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs, and dispenses online orders, ensuring high‑quality standards and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with a focus on care and quality to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
- Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensures that picked products are of the highest quality, i.e. no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.
- Correctly documents and labels all orders, interpreting and understanding documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
