Role Impact:
Under general supervision, the Capital Markets & Portfolio Management (CMPM) Analyst conducts complex financial analyses, derives insights from data and develops reports to support the CMPM team. In addition, the Analyst will assemble presentations and provide recommendations. to support the CMPM team across all initiatives including strategy, investments, portfolio analysis, and capital raising.
What you will deliver:
Assist in originating and executing public and private debt on behalf of Cadillac Fairview that may include asset level mortgages, corporate debt (credit facilities, revolvers), construction financing, CMHC multifamily financing, and public unsecured bond issuances in the United States and CanadaAssist in determining ideal use of capital and provide capital allocation recommendations within the portfolio management frameworkAssist in managing Cadillac Fairview’s current debt portfolio including ...
