We're looking for a proactive Talent Programs Partner to join our People & Culture team at Capital Power. You will utilize your 4-7 years of experience in talent programs and facilitation to provide a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Your role will also include supporting talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to enhance new hire experiences.

• Coordinate and deliver talent and learning programs
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for leaders
• Manage and improve employee learning platforms
• Oversee talent review and performance enablement processes
