Enhance your expertise in cardiac critical care as a locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist in Kelowna, BC. This role focuses on supporting the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) with high-quality patient care.
You will work in a busy 6-bed CSICU dedicated to post-cardiac surgery patients, contributing to an impactful team of eight in the Cardiac Anesthesia Division. With approximately 600 surgeries annually and plans for expansion, you'll ensure comprehensive management for patients requiring advanced interventions like V-A ECMO. This position also includes teaching responsibilities with medical students from the University of British Columbia.
