About the Opportunity
Echocardiography is the use of highly sophisticated ultrasound technology for the evaluation of cardiac anatomy, function and hemodynamic. The Cardiac Sonographer utilizes equipment using comprehensive specialized education and accepted protocols to obtain diagnostic recordings of cardiac ultrasound images and doppler hemodynamic data with indirect supervision from the cardiac physician. The Cardiac Sonographer evaluates and records pathological findings, obtains measurements and calculations, then prepares a summary of the findings which is later reviewed by the Echocardiologist for final reporting.
