This position is responsible for providing comprehensive oversight, direction, coordination, and care throughout the continuum for cardiovascular patients, from admission through discharge. This is accomplished through regular collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, patients, registry abstractors, community partners, and external service providers such as EMS.
