Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a dependable, client-focused Care Manager to support daily shelter operations at our Burlington County Shelter. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be part of the facility’s treatment team and play a key role in ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients—through accountability, routines, documentation, and consistent oversight.
What You’ll Do:
+ Provide on-going security and oversight of the facility, including hourly rounds, head counts, and shift change handoffs
+ Maintain accountability of the client population, including curfews/furlough monitoring and sign-in/sign-out procedures
+ Verify and relay facility census to the funding source by required daily deadlines
