At CareRx, the Staff Pharmacist’s role is critical to the success of patient medication management in long-term care settings. You will assess and dispense medications, provide exceptional service to patients and their families, and review medication plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and dispense medications accurately for patients
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy and resident care teams
• Conduct detailed medication reviews and document findings
• Follow all applicable pharmacy laws and corporate regulations
• Participate in pharmacy team training and support efforts
Requirements:
• Licensed pharmacist in Ontario, B.C., or Alberta
