This role is on site, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm A top client in the transportation and logistics industry is seeking a Carrier Relations Specialist to manage third-party carrier recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support. This role serves as a primary contact for carriers, handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships across the carrier network. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
