Position Description/Summary:
The Case Aide will provide support to Child Protection and Family Services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for transporting children in care to and from home visits. Attend calls with Child Protection and Family Services as needed. Actively participate in Child Protection and Family Services networking and brainstorming. Contact collateral services to verify attendance/progress in fulfilling client conditions. Perform courtesy follow up on existing files. Monitor family visits as required. Responsible for document/file management, which includes scanning, shredding, and file maintenance. Support caseworkers toensure that files and documentation are up-to-date and accurate. Complete Purchase Order documentation. Cover off Intake Screener as necessary.
