Job Description
Case Manager needed for our non profit client in Catonsville. The Case Manager will provide clinical and non-clinical care services for youth including on-going treatment planning and treatment interventions. Contract to hire position. The non-negotiable pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
Essential Duties:
- Establishes and maintains working relationship with community agencies in order to provide the most appropriate assistance to the children in placement.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, providing both clinical and non-clinical interventions to youth.
- Establishes relationships with community agencies, schools, courts, and families to support placement stability, permanency, and resource connection.
