About the role
This role is based in Nowra, with occasional travel to other regional offices to provide additional support when required. You will deliver direct client work to individuals, couples and families with complex needs, working closely with internal programs and external partners.
Providing case management support to complex families
Working alongside Family Dispute Resolution practitioners
Managing referrals and supporting clients through service pathways
Providing clients with information about our mediation processes
Supporting clients impacted by family and domestic violence, including safety planning and risk awareness
Maintaining accurate, timely and compliant client documentation
Building strong internal and external referral relationships
