Job Description

At SOLVO, we are seeking highly organized and proactive Case Managers to join the team responsible for managing personal injury cases for a U.S.-based client.

Schedule & Work Modality

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
  • Modality: Onsite

Requirements

  • B2–C1 level of English
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates
  • Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers
  • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and medical bills
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding PIP, BI, and related coverages
