Job Description
At SOLVO, we are seeking highly organized and proactive Case Managers to join the team responsible for managing personal injury cases for a U.S.-based client.
Schedule & Work Modality
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
- Modality: Onsite
Requirements
- B2–C1 level of English
- At least 1 year of experience as a Case Manager in U.S. Personal Injury
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates
- Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and medical bills
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding PIP, BI, and related coverages
