Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and accurately ring up orders on POS system
Process cash, credit/debit, mobile payments, and gift cards
Give correct change and issue receipts
Answer basic menu questions; direct complaints to manager
Balance cash drawer at start/end of shift; prepare daily cash reports
Keep register area clean and stocked (receipt paper, bags, etc.)
Assist with takeout packaging and front‑of‑house tidying as needed
Requirements & Skills
Basic math & change‑making ability
6+ months cashier/customer service experience (preferred)
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Friendly, honest, and calm in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail to avoid order errors
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
