CASUAL LABOURER - FACILITIES Position Type: Temporary Full Time (approximately September 2026 - May 2027) Number of Positions: One (1) Department: Community Services Department – Property & Facilities Division File Number: SV26-78 Location: Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre (QSWC - 265 Cannifton Road, Belleville) Hours: 40 hours per week; varied shifts Term of Employment: Up to 200 days in a 12-month period Employee Group : Union - CUPE Salary: $25.15 per hour, plus $1.85 shift premium where applicable Closing Date: July 13, 2026 at 4:30 PM PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Reporting directly to the Facilities Supervisors, the Casual Labourer will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to various buildings and structures with a focus on external building repairs, drywall repairs and painting.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Operating city vehicles and equipment as required.
