Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing, negotiating, and executing agreements for materials and services across assigned manufacturing sites.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, service, cost, and overall capability to meet business needs.
- Analyze requirements and identify reliable suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Center of Excellence (COE).
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with improvement leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Manage supplier relationships, oversee contract implementation, and resolve operational issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
