- Market Analysis : Analyze chemicals and catalysts markets relevant to our core spend categories.
- Supplier Analysis : Evaluate specific companies within these markets, conducting tailored analyses to understand sourcing alternatives, supplier profiles, cost structures, and offerings.
- Spend Analytics : Perform historical and predictive spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and develop improvement strategies.
- Contract and Pricing Management : Maintain up-to-date category contracts and pricing, develop automation where possible, and manage smaller purchase requisition to purchase order processes.
