Main Purpose(s) of job
To support division, to bring on new business, to maintain client relationships etc.
To complete administrative duties efficiently and correctly in order to ensure smooth payment of invoices and workers payroll
Key Tasks
Making cold calls, data entry, recruiting staff etc.
Reconciling shifts worked against shifts on client system
Sending correct timesheet data to payroll for processing
Setting up new clients on our system
Ensuring all required documents are received from new clients
