SKILLS REQUIRE
DMandatory Skills- 6–8+ years of hands‑on experience in Certent Disclosure Management (CDM) development and financial reporting solutions
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards, data modeling, and VBA/Macros
- Strong experience supporting SEC filing processes (10-K, 10-Q, 8‑K), financial statements, and regulatory disclosures
- Proven experience in data integration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and automated tie‑out processes
- Hands‑on experience configuring and customizing Certent CDM templates, reports, business rules, and XBRL tagging processes
