Job Overview We are seeking a Certified Coach with deep, hands‑on experience in relationship and marriage‑focused coaching to support clients navigating high‑stakes personal and emotional challenges. What You’ll Do Coaching & Client Support Deliver high‑impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication breakdowns, trust repair, and personal accountability. Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks. Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and long‑term behavioral change. Client Experience & Retention Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.
