Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Operations and Resilience, the Change and Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of changes and releases within the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will work closely with various teams including delivery, operations, quality assurance, and project management to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and releases are delivered on schedule with minimal disruptions to the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with IT Service Management processes, working knowledge of various delivery methodologies, and a customer‑focused mindset.
