Job Description
Our client, is seeking an expert-level Change Management Program Lead, AI Transformation to help accelerate the successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, digital solutions, and modern ways of working across the enterprise landscape.
Reporting directly to senior transformation leadership, you will partner with business unit heads, data scientists, and cross-functional technical teams to drive awareness, corporate readiness, and meaningful behavior change in support of strategic AI initiatives. You will design, build, and execute change strategies that not only build a deep understanding of new capabilities but also ensure thousands of employees embed AI agents and automated workflows into their daily daily operations. This role requires an agile practitioner who can confidently balance abstract enterprise strategy with lightweight, hands-on program execution.
