With particular emphasis on technology-enabled change programs and related HR and Finance operations, the team addresses complex business challenges with change management solutions that align business- and people-related goals.
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven consultant to lead and support complex change initiatives that drive business value on behalf of our clients. The team’s consultants blend industry-leading practices with practical, hands‑on experience through user‑centric, data‑driven techniques to ensure that our clients are able to introduce and sustain new ways of working. As part of our global Change Management practice, you will work to enable our clients’ success—aligned leaders, consultative HR and Finance operations, and more engaged employees—through daily use of digital technologies.
