What is the opportunity?
The Change Manager, Transformation will be primarily accountable to lead and execute change management deliverables (process, technology, and people) for an assigned set of strategic initiatives for RBC Investor Services (IS). The incumbent will develop a change management plan inclusive of process and controls impact assessments, training, and communication schedules, support the design of target state processes, and ensure complete adoption of target processes and controls across a broad group of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change and stakeholder impact assessments (using current vs. target state data).
