The Channel Tools & Platforms Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the ecosystem of tools and platforms that support partner, distribution, and channel account management. This role ensures that systems are efficient, integrated, and aligned with business objectives to drive productivity, partner engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership & Optimization Manage and continuously improve channel-related platforms, including partner portals, incentive management tools, communication and marketing tools and contribute to reporting dashboards, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
- Business Alignment & Requirements Management Work closely with GEO business leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into actionable system enhancements that improve user experience and efficiency.
