The Role:
XS Espresso is seeking a Chef to oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen and assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality meals. The Chef will ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with XS Espresso's standards while maintaining consistency, quality and compliance with food safety requirements.
The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing menu items, assisting with seasonal menu development and specials, selecting quality ingredients, supervising food preparation and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen. All work will be conducted in a fully functioning, clean and organised kitchen.
