Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich – Chef de Rang – Fine Dining
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department in Zurich, the Chef de Rang – Fine Dining is responsible for assisting the Orsini team to always provide impeccable service to guests. The position reports to the Restaurant Supervisors and the Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Professional advice and customer care for our guests
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Complying with our high‑quality standards
- Preparing the required mise‑en‑place, covering and cleaning work in the restaurant area
- Supporting superiors in their daily tasks
- Registering all transactions in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
