QA Team Lead – Eaton EESS Division, Brossard, Québec, Canada (Hybrid work). Candidates must live within 80 km of Brossard. Annual salary range: CAD 101,000 – 126,000 (based on skills, experience, and market). Essential Responsibilities
Manage a team of QA engineers. Ensure software meets high standards before release. Set standards, assign tasks, and inspire the team. Mentor the team throughout the development lifecycle. Innovate and enhance quality processes. Collaborate with engineers and project managers in an agile environment. Define and review project quality standards. Schedule and manage different testing cycle phases. Oversee test planning, execution, and issue tracking. Required Qualifications
