Job Description
Responsibility:
- Conduct handover & checklist with Project & Contractor for Pre-Opening Project
- Oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systems
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company EHS standards
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-saving efforts
- Manage repairs, renovations, and CAPEX projects
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Handle engineering-related guest requests promptly
- Prepare and manage departmental budget
Qualification
- sMinimum 3 years in managerial position in a hospitality industr
- yPrior experience in handling pre-opening project would be a plus poin
