Position Overview
Provides executive leadership for the Corporation’s long‑term planning, finance, treasury, risk management, utility rate regulation, and capital planning functions, ensuring sound governance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate and departmental finance and administrative policies, procedures, and manuals. As a member of Senior Leadership, the CFO drives the development and execution of corporate objectives, financial plans, and strategies to enable the effective delivery of programs and services consistent with the Corporation’s vision, mission, and mandate.
Under the direction of the President & CEO, the CFO provides executive leadership for the Finance, Risk Management, and Capital Planning functions and ensures the Corporation’s long‑term strategic plan aligns with shareholder priorities and direction.
