**What you'll do?
**
- Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated regarding organizational initiatives, business strategy, vision, mission, and future roadmap.
Foster platforms to drive employee engagement.
- Manage the corporate intranet, Talent, support campaigns, and coordinate events such as Open Houses and webcasts.
- Identify and shape key messages, build communication strategies, and determine appropriate channels, mediums, and communication frequency based on campaign objectives.
Support BCM communications.
