Responsibilities
- Oversee the medical aspects of multiple units in Rovaniemi, Kemijärvi, Sodankylä, Levi, and Inari.
- Develop multidisciplinary teamwork and new directions in occupational health.
- Participate in client work and support client management.
- Take on leadership responsibilities with approximately 40% dedicated to the chief physician role and 60% to client responsibilities, which may be performed as a freelancer or in direct employment.
- Collaborate daily with nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and psychologists within a strong, supportive multidisciplinary team.
