This is the CEO's strategic right hand, and the person responsible for rebuilding how the business runs on AI. The Chief of Staff operates at the intersection of business priorities and day-to-day execution, translating vision into action, managing cross-functional dependencies, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks at the leadership level. Just as importantly, this person is coming in to build AI systems from the ground up: setting up agents, automating workflows, and designing new operational structures that let the business run leaner and faster.
