Reporting directly to Group leadership, the COO will have full accountability for plant operations and will act as the architect of operational excellence across the organisation. Key challenges and priorities include:
Leading a large industrial site with a workforce of +1100 employees, with further headcount growth plannedDriving world-class manufacturing standards across production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and HSEElevating export-grade quality, consistency, and compliance to meet demanding international marketsIntroducing stronger operational governance, KPIs, and performance disciplineOptimising complex industrial processes and improving productivity at scalePreparing the platform for capacity expansion and long-term industrial scalabilityActing as a trusted operational partner to shareholders and senior stakeholders
