A globally recognised fintech group operating across prop trading and regulated brokerage is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to own the end-to-end product and technology portfolio across two flagship businesses. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will define multi-product strategy, modernise execution, and elevate product and engineering capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. This is a rare opportunity to shape how products are conceived, built, measured, and governed at the intersection of growth, regulation, and scale. If you think in systems, balance ambition with institutional rigour, and lead with both strategic depth and hands-on pragmatism, this is your role.
