Job Description
Responsibilities:
- prepare and manage duty rosters for assigned technicians, casuals and show operators;
- coordinate and lead discipline-specific technical teams to deliver production requirements during move-in, rehearsals, performances and move-out;
- supervise and actively participate in setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting within the assigned discipline
- provide Technical and Productions Team (T&P) Duty In-Charge support as assigned;
- assume duty leadership when required and provide cross-venue technical support;
- exercise immediate stop-work authority on safety grounds and escalate issues in accordance with established safety procedures;
- implement and monitor safe systems of work in compliance with organisational policies, procedures and statutory regulations;
