We're hiring a City Operations Associate to support Picnic's expansion. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who loves logistics and metrics. This position follows a Wednesday–Sunday schedule. Working on weekends is a core and non-negotiable part of the role — our operation runs at full speed on Saturdays and Sundays, and we need someone who's ready to show up and own it. Monday is your day off.
