Responsibilities
- Ensure a strong job start‑up by understanding project scope, budget, schedule, and crew requirements before commencement.
- Manage project scheduling, daily work requirements, paperwork, crew staffing, and contract payment items.
- Coordinate production goals, targets, and scope; troubleshoot issues with the Site Superintendent.
- Lead the crew in accordance with Conwest's Corporate values; maintain open communication with employees to keep them informed of daily plans and performance expectations.
- Provide feedback on employee performance to the Site Superintendent and Site HR.
- Review plans and drawings with the Superintendent to define safe, technically appropriate construction methods and incorporate health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
