This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of projects from initial concept through construction and start-up, including preparing cost estimates and coordinating field activities. The engineer will direct junior staff and technical teams in the development and review of plans, specifications, and project deliverables. Additionally, this individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure all client requirements and contractual commitments are met.
