Project Manager/Estimator – Heavy Civil
Join a proven heavy civil contractor in Arizona delivering large-scale projects in excavation, grading, paving, site concrete, and underground utilities. We take pride in quality, safety, and results — and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager/Estimator to make an impact. What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from start to finish — scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations.
- Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil.
