Job Description
The Civil Construction Foreman will provide on‑site direction, coordination, and supervision to ensure completion and quality of civil work on our multi‑family residential construction site. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction methods.
Your contributions to the team:
- Perform civil works coordination, inspections, and quantity measurement
- Check grades and elevations of newly installed infrastructure
- Monitor and coordinate contractor progress to ensure work is completed within construction schedule
- Check for compliance to plans and specifications
- Review and confirmation of monthly progress worksheets and measurements
- Maintain an as‑built plan and communicate changes to Civil Team
- Follow up on deficiencies to ensure timely correction and completion of work
