The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Foreperson to join our Wellington team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leading crews while remaining actively involved in the work on the ground.
You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating people, plant, and resources to deliver high‑quality outcomes safely and efficiently. This is not a desk‑based leadership role – you’ll be out on site supporting the crew, operating machinery, solving problems, and ensuring work is completed to programme.
