JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose
The Claims Representative is responsible for the proactive management of a high-volume portfolio of complex casualty claims, including litigated and non-litigated, multinational accounts, while delivering exceptional client service and timely, accurate claims resolution. The role applies technical expertise and strategic cost- benefit analysis to develop effective claims handling strategies that mitigate exposure, control indemnity and defense costs, and achieve optimal outcomes. Working together with insureds, brokers, external adjusters, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Claims Handler ensures regulatory compliance, maintains strong client relationships, and supports the organization's commitment to operational excellence and superior claims management.
