We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends. A typical schedule would be to work 4 days per week and every other weekend. This offer is for an existing vacant position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping
- Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies
- Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose ga...
