Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise offices, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
Dust furniture, desks, shelves, windowsills, and office equipment.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
Clean and sanitise kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cupboards.
Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, and other kitchen supplies where required.
Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and restroom facilities.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready for use before scheduled meetings.
Report maintenance issues such as leaking taps, broken lights, damaged furniture, or plumbing faults.
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
Assist with preparing offices for visitors, clients, or company events.
