Expertise and Functions
Systems Engineering & Lifecycle Support:

+ Conduct systems engineering reviews and analyses across all lifecycle phases including concept development, engineering and manufacturing development, production, deployment, and operations & support

+ Translate DoD user requirements into system requirements to guide design, development, fabrication, and evaluation efforts

+ Review system design baselines to assess architecture and interoperability requirements

+ Support development of system specifications and architecture documentation

+ Analyze engineering change proposals, specifications, and vendor submissions and provide recommendations to the Government

Electrical Engineering & Technical Analysis:

+ Apply electrical engineering principles to system design, validation, and performance assessment

+ Conduct lifecycle cost evaluations of systems and components
