Overview
- Reports Directly to the Production Manager
- Coordinates necessary training with the Human Resources department and Production Supervisors
- Reviews the vacation schedule for the production departmnt across the plant
- Reviews production schedules and assigns personnel to the production line
- Handles purchases and quotes for production administration supplies and improvement projects
- Generates general performance reports for the production area
- Verifies and validates transactions and movements in SAP, SDS, ADP, ARIBA
- Oversees and validates material handling in production areas
- Validates and tracks 5S and continuous improvement projects within production areas
- Initiate and follow up on continuous improvement projects to enhance processes in collaboration with the production team
